WWE Raw live results: Money in the Bank qualifiers continue

The fallout from last Monday’s shocking attack from the Wyatt Sicks will be felt on tonight’s WWE Raw from Indianapolis, Indiana.

The new group left many members of the roster bloodied and beaten backstage as the show went off the air including Chad Gable who will be part of a three-way Money in the Bank qualifying bout against Bronson Reed and Braun Strowman.

On the women’s side, Shayna Baszler, Lyra Valkyria and Kairi Sane will go at it in another qualifying match.

Kofi Kingston will go one-on-one with Karrion Kross as The Final Testament has been trying to recruit Xavier Woods as of late.

Bron Breakker will look to continue his impressive main roster run as he takes on Ludwig Kaiser after Kaiser interfered during Breakker’s match last week against Sheamus.

In a non-title match, WWE Women’s Tag Team Champions Alba Fyre & Isla Dawn will take on Kayden Carter & Katana Chance.

Raw began with Michael Cole announcing The Miz as the guest commentator with Pat McAfee missing tonight’s show in Indiana.

– Drew McIntyre promo: He walked to the ring with no music or entrance despite “quitting” last Monday; he showed a preview of his assault on CM Punk during last Friday’s SmackDown. McIntyre then made explained his assault on Punk before mentioning he would wear his Chicago-laden bracelet with Larry and AJ Lee’s names on it to Money in the Bank.

Recap of last week’s unique and special Wyatt Sicks debut

Backstage, Chad Gable arrived, covering the wound on his right temple as he demanded the camera crew to leave him alone.

Ludwig Kaiser defeated Bron Breakker by disqualification

This told a simple story, pitting Kaiser’s ruthless streak against the unstoppable powerhouse of Breakker. The finish sullied the feeling a bit, but this was a much-needed adrenaline rush.

A cocky Breakker taunted Kaiser as the bell rang, who pie-faced him away in return. Using brute force, Breakker laid Kaiser down flat. To combat this, Kaiser played dirty and strategically, employing any method to deter the force that is Breakker. Despite Kaiser’s cheap tactics, power made for a heavy roadblock.

From the apron, Breakker soared with a flying lariat to send Kaiser toppling over the commentary table. Following a commercial break, the action followed by Kaiser standing tall over a recovering Breakker in the ring. Breakker, who is faster, stronger, and more agile, withstood lariats, successfully chased Kaiser, and leapt for an insane Frankensteiner.

It was survival for the German member of Imperium. After luring Breakker into crashing at the steel steps, he attempted a long-distance running knee, only for Sheamus to charge at Kaiser out of nowhere, ending the match in a disqualification. Post-match, Bron laid out Sheamus and Kaiser and screamed because he is Bron Breakker.

Backstage, Judgement Day members were watching the gameplay of WWE2K25 when Damian Priest entered the room and asked Dominik Mysterio (who was eating chicken nuggets) about Liv Morgan. Mysterio showed Priest a message sent by Morgan, and judging by the group’s shocked reaction, it was probably not PG material. Priest then chastised Mysterio. Carlito seemed the most pleased by Morgan’s message, remarking, “That’s cool.”

Breakker yelled at Adam Pearce backstage, complaining of the constant interferences in his matches. Sami Zayn interrupted, setting forth a match for the Intercontinental Championship at Money in the Bank.

Lyra Valkyria defeated Kairi Sane and Shayna Baszler in a Money in the Bank Qualifier Match

These women’s qualifier matches showcase what the roster members have to offer. While this match wasn’t mind-blowing by any means, it showed the depth of the match. Valkyria in particular continues to stand out as a new main roster talent.

Sane would take the brunt of the offense for Baszler and Valkyria before using her agility and aerial maneuvers to send them over the top rope. She continued to remain dominant after the commercial break and almost got a three-count pin after a missile dropkick. Baszler grappled with both competitors with her MMA style, but Valkyria’s power and Sane’s speed kept them at an advantage. Despite their varying strengths, all three women gave it their all, showing to be evenly matched throughout the match.

Sane inadvertently saved Valkyria from Baszler with an Insane Elbow, to which Valkyria returned the favor by using her Nightwing finisher for the win over the Kabuki Warrior. A qualified Valkyria celebrates with an excellent shot of her pointing to the Money in the Bank briefcases.

– Drew McIntyre and Adam Pearce bickered backstage over the CM Punk drama, meanwhile, Liv Morgan made her entrance as the cameras followed her backstage to the ring.

– Triple H and Pat McAfee made an official television announcement of the Royal Rumble, both nights of SummerSlam, and both nights of WrestleMania would emanate from the Lucas Oil Stadium in Indiana in 2025.

In the ring, Liv Morgan teased Dominik Mysterio flaunting her advances, looks, and championship. She went on to address “Daddy Dom” by giving him what Rhea Ripley wouldn’t. She didn’t get Mysterio, however, as Zelina Vega declared her intentions to challenge Morgan for the Women’s World Championship instead.

Mysterio then entered towards a chorus of boos and changed “Sloppy Seconds”. Mysterio attempted to appeal to Vega, who angrily refused. Morgan then attacked Vega. Rey Mysterio got involved to save Vega, but Dominik pushed him down and left in frustration.

– Cathy Kelley asked Adam Pearce backstage about Chad Gable‘s medical clearance, which Pearce confirmed but advised against pressing Gable on the Wyatt Sicks assault from last Monday.

An emotional vignette featuring Seth Rollins played, detailing all that he has put his body through to hype up his match with Damian Priest next Saturday at Money in the Bank.
