Bagheera Ginge

This six-year-old has already had 15 races under rules and won three in total.

But he’s also been 2nd placed four times over fences and has remained at this sort of mark which does make him dangerous in comparison to his rivals he faces today.

He would be a great each-way play regardless at 8/1 as a result as he placed just second when carrying top-weight at Hereford when 2lb higher in November.

He went on a 204 day break over the winter and tends to be a summer runner over fences.

There’s plenty of dry weather now that will help with his chances and should go better than his pulled up effort last time out.

Lakers

This is a two-year-old colt by Pinatubo who shaped well enough at 14/1 to go third close behind Shadow Of Light.

He lost second in the final furlong and there may be some change of tactics this time around.

The added experience will be ideal for the George Boughey trained colt over a few debutants, some that do also catch the eye. But the betting market will be indicative.
