Daily horse racing tips

  • LEICESTER
    3.25: Ashariba 6/4 (1.5pts)
  • BANGOR
    6.25: Bagheera Ginge 3/1 (1pt)

Ashariba

Won at Yarmouth in September 2023 and after a break of 227 days went on to place a close fourth at Goodwood.

She didn’t start that race well at all and with that run and experience behind her for the season she’s ought to build on that.

Especially as the winner, Lavender Hill Mob went on to contest in a listed race just three days ago and third placed went on to win on his next outing.

This filly has been well backed in this morning from as high as 9/2 to 6/4 and still warrants siding with at this price for that form, with Oisin Murphy now on board to help matters.

Bagheera Ginge

This gelding had some solid runs last season which included a first time win over fences on his penultimate run of 2023.

Beating Opening Bid by over three lengths at Warwick before placing second at Hereford next time out.

There’s clear potential with this horse and is looking like huge value at 3/1 on his first run as a six-year-old where he’s likely to improve.

His placings last season have worked out well too, coming second behind the likes of Investment Manager and Courtland, as well as a respectable third behind Tiger Orchid.
