Those travelling in and around Toronto this weekend will face some closures and disruptions across highways, roadways and on the TTC.

Here’s what to keep in mind when navigating around the city:

A portion of the Don Valley Parkway will be affected in both directions due to the Bike for Brain Health this Sunday from midnight to 4 p.m.

In addition, northbound lanes beyond the eastbound Gardiner Expressway at Highway 401 will be closed for the event. And southbound lanes from Highway 401 before the westbound Gardiner will also be closed.

 TTC CLOSURES

On Saturday and Sunday, there will be no subway service on Line 1 between St. Clair and Sheppard-Yonge due to planned station improvements and track work.

As both stations are accessible, extra Wheel-Trans vehicles will operate in the area for any customers requiring assistance.

Subway service will resume on Monday by 6 a.m.

Lawrence Station will also continue to be closed.
