Tori Spelling moves out of $15K-a-month rental as neighbors claim she ‘trashed’ the property: report
Tori Spelling is back on the move — and her old neighbors aren’t too happy about it.
The “Beverly Hills, 90210” star, 51, reportedly moved out of her lavish five-bedroom, three-bath rental home in the west San Fernando Valley just four months after signing the lease.
One of Spelling’s former neighbors told the Daily Mail that the actress and her five children — Liam, 17, Stella, 15, Hattie, 12, Finn, 11, and Beau, 7 — vacated the $15,000-a-month home on June 1 in a hurry.
“It’s completely trashed,” the homeowner told the outlet, noting that a clean-up crew filled up a “big dumpster” several times to clear the house out.
“Let’s just say I doubt she’ll be getting her security deposit back,” the neighbor said.
“The smell of urine is everywhere, on the couch cushions and inside the home,” they added. “There are marks all over the walls, from who knows what.”
Spelling is a known animal lover, previously revealing that she owned dogs, chickens, pigs, guinea pigs and even a bearded dragon.
The outlet obtained photos of pet carriers, furniture and other household items left outside the home on the curb. However, in Los Angeles, scheduled bulk trash pick-ups by the sanitation department can take a couple days.
Spelling reportedly handed over a $7,500 security deposit when she moved into the fully furnished home in February.
“I’d be shocked if that covered all the damages,” her former neighbor said. “It would cost at least that much to just replace the two couches. And look at all the workers here trying to get it back to they way it was before she moved in.”
It’s unclear why Spelling broke her lease and moved out of the contemporary abode — which featured a brand-new pool and spa area with plenty of space for her family of six.
Despite the alleged mess, the home was reportedly relisted for $16,950 a month, an increase of almost $2,000.
The property was the fourth place Spelling and her kids called home within the last year.
The mother of five was forced to evacuate her long-term rental in July 2023 due to mold infestation.
After spending some time in a cheap motel and RV, Spelling and her kids finally settled down in a “fully furnished rental home” in the Woodland Hills area of Los Angeles — which cost a whopping $18,000 each month.
However, the family of six moved out just a week later after an armed hostage situation unfolded at a neighboring home, forcing them to evacuate as a SWAT team infiltrated the house.
While Spelling’s wealthy mother, Candy Spelling, and pal Josh Flagg previously offered her help on the house search, it’s unclear where the actress will land next.
Amid her housing struggles, Tori has also been struggling financially and owes City National Bank over $200,000.
Reps for the “90210” star did not immediately respond to our request for comment.
