The Bloodline Wins 6-Man Tag Match in Dominate Fashion at 2024 WWE Money in the Bank

The Bloodline underwent a significant transformation after WrestleMania 40. Roman Reigns lost the Undisputed World Title to Cody Rhodes and subsequently took an extended hiatus. During his absence, Solo Sikoa assumed leadership of the Bloodline, introducing a new dynamic to the faction.

The revamped Bloodline forcefully removed Paul Heyman from their ranks after Solo informed him that Roman wasn’t returning. Solo then recruited Tama Tonga, Tanga Loa, and Jacob Fatu, creating a formidable new lineup.

At Money in the Bank, Cody Rhodes, Randy Orton, and Kevin Owens faced The Bloodline (comprising any three of Solo Sikoa, Tama Tonga, Tanga Loa, and Jacob Fatu) in a six-man tag team match.

This match headlined the event, which featured incredible bouts throughout the night. As the action began, chants of “We Want Roman” and “F*ck you Solo” echoed from the crowd.

The fans strongly supported the babyfaces in this match, showing no love for the Bloodline. Nevertheless, the Bloodline continued their onslaught, tagging in and out to maintain their advantage.

Cody Rhodes was kept out of the match for a long stretch as the Bloodline targeted Kevin Owens. Eventually, Owens managed to send Jacob Fatu into the ring post and tagged in Rhodes just as Fatu tagged in Solo. Rhodes rallied against Solo, hitting a Cody Cutter on Tama Tonga.

Rhodes then dived onto Solo outside the ring, but Solo responded with a spear for a near fall. Orton tagged in and delivered an RKO to Solo, but the referee had already been taken out.

The babyfaces prepared to hit a Shield-style triple powerbomb on Solo through the announce table, but Jacob Fatu intervened. Owens stunned Tama Tonga and then took out Jacob with a big Prime bottle at ringside, following up with a frog splash through a table. This move silenced Corey Graves as his headset was knocked off.

Owens attempted a package piledriver on Tama, but Tanga Loa hit him with a low blow. Cody then hit Solo with a Crossroads, but Jacob stopped him with an implant DDT. Jacob helped Solo up, who then delivered a Samoan Spike to Cody Rhodes for the win.

The Bloodline’s dominant performance showcased the strength of the new stable, capped by Solo pinning the Undisputed WWE World Champion, Cody Rhodes.
