Realme GT 7 Pro To Launch This Year With Snapdragon 8 Gen 4, Ultrasonic In-Display Fingerprint Scanner: Report | 📲 LatestLY

Mumbai, June 2: Realme has recently launched multiple smartphones in India, such as the Realme NARZO 70 series, Realme P Series and more. The company also teased to launch its new smartphone in India – Realme GT 6. Moreover, the company is rumoured to launch two versions of the Realme GT 6 – in China and in global market. However, a new report suggested that the company would introduce its flagship model Realme GT 7 Pro with an ultrasonic fingerprint scanner at the end of 2024.

A report by Gizmochina has shed more light on the upcoming GT 6 Pro and GT 7 Pro. It revealed that the Realme GT 6 global, featuring Snapdragon 8s Gen 3 processor, would likely to hit the market on June 20, 2024.  On the other hand, Realme might launch the Chinese variant with Snapdragon 8 Gen 3. Realme GT 7 Pro Launch in China Details

Besides the Realme GT 6 Chinese and global variants, the report mentioned that a new Realme GT 7 Pro smartphone could be launched in India and China at the end of the year. The report highlighted that the company launched its Realme GT 5 Pro in December, which would probably mean that the upcoming GT 7 Pro would be announced during the same month in 2024. 

The Realme GT 7 Pro would feature the Snapdragon 8 Gen 4, the Snapdragon 8 Gen 3 successor with more capabilities and better AI processing. Qualcomm is expected to introduce this next-generation chipset in October this year. It cannot be said that the GT 7 Pro would be the first smartphone to feature Qualcomm’s Snapdragon 8 Gen 4 SoC, as Xiaomi is also expected to pack it in its upcoming models. Realme GT 7 Pro Specifications, Features and Other Details (Expected)

The report said that the Realme GT 7 series, expected to be powered by Snapdragon 8 Gen 4, would launch with a periscope telephoto camera and a massive 6,000mAh battery, leaked by Digital Chat Station in China. Smart Pikachu, another leaker, reportedly said that the GT 7 Pro would come with an ultra-sonic fingerprint scanner. Besides these leaks, the report did not mention other specifications or features. More details will likely be revealed in the coming months.
