Princess Charlotte, 9, scolds Prince Louis, 6, as he dances at Trooping the Colour
Prince Louis was scolded by his sister, Princess Charlotte, for dancing during the Trooping the Colour ceremony Saturday.
Prince William and Kate Middleton’s 6-year-old son was filmed bopping at the window of the Duke of Wellington’s former office as he waited for the pageantry to begin.
The rambunctious royal’s hijinks were seemingly not approved by his 9-year-old sister, who could be seen rebuking her little brother.
The youngster was also seen fiddling with a curtain cord and energetically yawning as he stood at the window.
When the royal family watched the FlyPast from the balcony, he could also be seen making a series of funny faces.
Little Louis has made a charming habit of entertaining his subjects with funny facial expressions over the years.
He famously screamed, covered his ears and pulled his lips back with his fingers while attending the late Queen Elizabeth II’s Platinum Jubilee celebration in June 2022.
A year later, the young prince stole the show again at his grandfather King Charles III’s coronation ceremony in 2023.
He made a frowny face and other hilarious expressions before and during the event that were captured on camera.
His parents playfully poked fun at their little one by sharing photos of the family from the four-day celebration, writing, “We all had an incredible time, especially Louis… 👀.”
The Prince and Princess of Wales both attended Charles’ birthday parade along with their other children Prince George, 10, and Charlotte.
Middleton has been staying out of the spotlight and away from public events since she announced her shocking cancer diagnosis in March.
Middleton looked to be in good spirits while attending the event alongside her husband and children.
Page six confirmed that she would be attending the festivities on Friday after she posted an update on her health on social media.
“I am learning how to be patient, especially with uncertainty. Taking each day as it comes, listening to my body and allowing myself to take this much needed time to heal,” she wrote in a statement.
Middleton said that she is “making good progress” with her chemotherapy treatment, but that “there are good days and bad days.” good days and bad days,” she said.
“On those bad days you feel weak, tired and you have to give in to your body resting. But on the good days, when you feel stronger, you want to make the most of feeling well,” she said.
