A popular roadhouse-style restaurant chain is preparing to open a new location in Milton.

Chuck’s Roadhouse Bar and Grill, a restaurant that combines traditional roadhouse charm with a contemporary twist, is set to open at 270 Main Street East, inside the former Bryden’s Pub location.

The chain has 67 locations across Canada, with 50 in Ontario!

The restaurant serves options for appetizers such as garlic pan bread, shrimp tempura, and breaded pickle spears.

The main courses feature a diverse selection of burgers, sandwiches, tacos, and AAA steaks. Patrons can enjoy classics like the Chuck’s Burger, a savoury Montreal smoked meat sandwich or a grilled New York striploin steak.

When it comes to side dishes, crowd favourites include fries, onion rings, and fresh salads like Caesar and Southwest salad.

If you have room for dessert and are craving something sweet, you might want to try the Klondike crumble, butter toffee bread pudding, or cherry cobbler.

As for drinks, the menu offers a broad selection of beers, handcrafted cocktails, and non-alcoholic beverages.

If you’re looking to dine in or take out from Chuck’s Roadhouse, you might experience some delays. The official grand opening date has yet to be announced, although signage for the establishment is already in place, and construction is well underway.

In the meantime, you can visit other Chuck’s Roadhouse Bar and Grill locations.  There are two locations in Mississauga, one in Brampton and two in the Durham Region, specifically in Whitby and Courtice.
