Overwatch 2 Fans Get Another Chance To Buy Pink Mercy (And Rose Gold Mercy) Charity Skins

It’s been a long six years, but now many Overwatch 2 players’ prayers have been answered. The highly coveted Pink Mercy skin is coming back to the shop, along with a new Rose Gold variant.

The original Pink Mercy skin was only available for a limited time in 2018 to help raise funds for a great cause, the Breast Cancer Research Foundation. The BCRF funds breast cancer research in an effort to prevent and cure the awful disease.

The original two-week Pink Mercy campaign raised an astonishing $12.7 million for the cause. It was the single largest donation to the BCRF and helped fund breakthroughs in breast cancer prevention, the charity says.

Now, Blizzard and the BCRF are running it back. Between June 25 and July 8, you’ll be able to buy the Pink Mercy skin for $15 from the in-game store. The legendary skin includes pink ribbons, which is the symbol of breast cancer awareness.

That’s not all though, as another special Mercy charity skin will be available during the same period. The $20 Rose Gold Mercy skin bundle includes some extra cosmetic items that tie into the theme of breast cancer awareness.

Excluding taxes and any platform fees, 100% of the proceeds from sales of the Pink Mercy skin and Rose Gold Mercy bundle will be donated to the BCRF.

It’s a fantastic cause and I’m looking forward to picking up both skins (I missed out on Pink Mercy the first time around). Here’s hoping Blizzard and Overwatch 2 fans can raise a boatload more cash for the BCRF. You can find out more details about the campaign here:
