The clip posted on Instagram to promote the celebrity hoops tournament dubbed “Nuttin’ Butt Azz” has the school board outraged, with some members calling it “appalling” and “disgusting.”

The video was shot at West Side High School in Newark, which also was set to host the event next month.

In the clip, multiple women are seen bending over chairs and shaking their backsides in slow-motion while wearing thongs and tight tops to a hip-hop soundtrack.

The ad was produced by Big Fendi, a music manager and promoter known for discovering rapper Nicki Minaj. He appears in the video dressed as a referee, saying “We’re giving out $10,000 to the best team out of four teams.”

The school’s ‘Rough Riders’ nickname (ironic, we know) can be seen printed on a wall on the background of the ad.

Big Fendi also posted a video of himself promoting the event, minus the dancers.

At a meeting on Tuesday night, the Newark Board of Education took aim and swiftly shot down any hopes of the event carrying on.

“I am appalled that a video of that sort was associated with that school or any of our schools,” board member Daniel Gonzalez said, per NJ.com.

“I was disgusted,” board co-vice president Allison James-Frison added.

Other members were worried that students may have watched the shoot.

We apologize, but this video has failed to load.

“I would like to know who signed in, who opened those doors, and how many minors were on the site,” Crystal Williams said.

She added that an investigation is underway and school records, along with surveillance cameras, should reveal how and by whom the crew was allowed into the school to film.

Local parents understandably were angered by the lewd video as well.

“I opened up Facebook and I thought my eyes were deceiving me,” Newark parent Loucious Jones told the board. “My wife had to snatch the phone away from me.”

The event, also known as the “NBA Baddies Basketball Tournament NJ,” had been selling tickets ranging from $50 to $500.

After the tournament’s cancellation, Big Fendi issued an apology to the “whole city of Newark” in an Instagram video.

“Things went a little left, and out of control,” he said. “I take full responsibility for that ‘cause you guys had no knowledge of what these girls would be wearing.”

While the tournament was set to take place at the school, the board said it had no involvement in the event.
