Novak Djokovic blows up at reporter as Sue Barker hints at BBC return

Novak Djokovic snapped back at a reporter in a rather tetchy press conference after being left frustrated by the line of questioning.

The boo-like noise made throughout the match by fans supporting Holger Rune irritated Djokovic, who grew tired of being asked about it in the media centre.

He fumed at one reporter: “Are you going to keep asking me about the crowd? That’s the third time you’ve asked about that.

“So you’re not going to talk to me about tennis, about the match, about my opponent?”

Djokovic’s team and the ATP official tried to cut the exchange, with the Serb later adding: “If someone goes over the line, I react. That was it. After the match I said what I said.”
