The session is titled: ‘Shaping the way you approach travel insurance.’

In today’s rapidly evolving travel landscape, understanding the importance of selling travel insurance is more critical than ever. Customer behaviour is shifting, especially in how they purchase travel health insurance post-pandemic.

With these trends in mind, travel advisors will learn how to adapt their approach to offer lifetime value, focusing not just on the initial sale but on nurturing long-term client relationships. Key considerations under discussion will include addressing pre-existing conditions and highlighting enhancements to travel insurance, ensuring comprehensive coverage and customer satisfaction.

ACTA’s Leadership Panel initiative is intended to provide an insightful platform for learning and discussion of industry trends, enhancing industry knowledge and fostering dialogue.
