For those heading out for a day of shopping, dining or just heading out for a leisurely stroll in Bronte Village it can be a task finding a place to park the vehicle at times.

Finding a parking spot may have gotten just a little easier with the addition of the Inner-Harbour Parking Lot.

The Town of Oakville has opened up the free municipal parking lot just west of Bronte Road and Lakeshore Road at the inner harbour. The lot has 25 parking spots which should make it a little easier to find a spot and visit local stores and businesses.

“Park here and enjoy a quick walk to the commercial district where you can shop, dine, and explore,” said the Bronte BIA.

The Inner-Harbour Parking Lot is now open for the summer season.
