Daily horse racing tips

  • LINGFIELD
4.00: Sea Of Diamonds & Dolce Vitta combination exacta (1pt)
  • KEMPTON
    4.35: Savannah Grey 9/4 (1pt)
  • FAIRYHOUSE
    6.30: Magical Zoe 10/3 (1pt)

Exacta

Sea Of Diamonds scored comfortably on debut at Redcar under Laura Coughlan in May.

That form has worked out reasonably enough and this filly by Sands Of Mali looked that comfortable in victory there should be much more improvement on second run.

However, Dolce Vitta sets the standard in the ratings with some great form behind top-class horses including Catalyse who ran well in defeat at Royal Ascot’s Coventry Stakes.

She was also third, six lengths behind Miss Rascal who was also placed in the Group 2 Queen Mary Stakes at Royal Ascot and Naana’s Diamond who went on to win a listed contest at San Siro.

That filly has top form too so it bodes well for this 7/2 shot.

Savannah Grey

Savannah Grey must have a lot of potential to be at the same price as Miss El Fundi, who placed fourth here last month before placing fifth of 15, 13 lengths behind the runaway winner Bedtime Story in the Chesham Stakes at Royal Ascot.

Savannah Grey has William Buick on board to give more soundness to her potential and the grey filly is also in great hands as the trainer Ollie Sangster has a knack of getting winners first time out and for two-year-olds in general.

Sangster has a strike-rate of 18% for two-year-olds on turf with 11 winners in 62 runners.

9/4 is a good price if this Havana Grey filly lives up to potential first time out.

Magical Zoe

This top hurdler trained by Henry De Bromhead looks like she could also have a strong career in long distance flat racing, as the favourite for this Group 3 contest at Fairyhouse.

This mare is dangerously unexposed in this discipline and also a great price stepping up in trip.
