Bronny James is off to a slow start on the offensive end through his first two NBA Summer League games.

After scoring four points in his Summer League debut on Sunday, James, the son of current Los Angeles Lakers teammate LeBron James, scored just three points in Wednesday’s game against the Miami Heat.

Bronny took just three shots in the game, finishing 1-for-3 from the field and 1-for-2 from the free throw line. The Lakers lost 80-76 to the Heat and are now 0-3 in Summer League play.

The six-foot-two guard did contribute on the other side of the ball, as he finished with three blocks and two steals in 29 minutes of action.

James was drafted by the Lakers with the 55th overall selection after one season at the University of Southern California. LeBron James is also in Las Vegas preparing with Team USA for the Olympics in Paris. It would be James’ fourth Olympics.

If all goes as planned, the 19-year-old Bronny and his dad would become the first father-son pair to play in the NBA at the same time — and on the same team no less.
