Jennifer Lopez Wore a Plunging Sundress for an Outing With Ben Affleck’s Daughter Violet

Jennifer Lopez has been spending a lot of time with Ben Affleck’s daughter Violet lately, and on Sunday, the two were spotted enjoying a stepmother-daughter date in Southampton.

Lopez and Violet, 18, were photographed on their way to grab a meal at 75 Main, where they met up with the recent high school graduate’s friend, Cassidey Fralin. In the photos, the stepmother-daughter duo were seen smiling and at one point, they put their arms around each other. For the excursion, Lopez wore a long, breezy black sundress featuring a plunging neckline and cut-out back, which she accessorized with her signature handbag of choice: a Birkin. She finished off the look with flat sandals, stacked bracelets, and her wedding ring. She wore her caramel hair down in a middle part and soft waves.

Violet embraced the foodcore trend with pants decked out in a print featuring plates of noodles, oysters, tomatoes, onions, cups of coffee, and more. She paired the trendy trousers with a blush-colored blouse layered under a red short-sleeve button-up. Her accessories included a watch with a rainbow strap, a beaded bracelet, and drop earrings. She finished off the OOTD with the quintessential New Yorker bag: the canvas tote.

The multi-hyphenate has seemingly been leaning on Ben’s eldest child amid the couple’s ongoing divorce rumors. A source told People that Lopez and Violet “really enjoy each other’s company.”

“They both seem so happy to be spending this time together, and are just enjoying the moment,” the insider added.

This isn’t the first time the duo has been spotted spending time together. Earlier this year, Lopez and Ben showed their support for Violet at her high school graduation, and last month, Lopez and Violet left Ben at home and had a ladies-who-lunch moment in Beverly Hills.

Over the weekend, Lopez shared a sweet video to her Instagram Story of her and Violet going for a ride in a convertible. While Lopez and Violet enjoyed the celebrity-approved vacation spot, Ben was spotted riding his motorcycle by himself.

A source recently told Us Weekly that there is still hope for the couple who is reportedly working through some marital issues.

“They are going through so much individually and as a couple. They may take some time to see if this complicated moment can resolve itself and they come back to each other [as] better people,” the insider said.
