JANNIK SINNER VS HUBERT HURKACZ PREDICTION

World number one Jannik Sinner will face off against his doubles partner, Hubert Hurkacz, as he aims to get his Wimbledon preparations well and truly off to a successful start. The pair were both expected to do well this week and they have duly delivered, while their previous meetings have been incredibly close encounters splitting the four victories, two apiece.

Sinner will be content with his form this week although three of his matches have gone the full three sets – unlike Hurkacz who has not dropped a set this week. The Italian will take heart from his victory over Hurkacz last time they met at Monaco in 2023 and he is the one who has made some real improvements in his game over the last 12 months.

That said, Hurkacz will be flying with confidence himself especially after beating Alexander Zverev in the semi-finals on Saturday. A former Wimbledon semi-finalist in 2021 and a previous winner at Halle back in 2022, the Pole has plenty of pedigree on grass. He will be desperate to get one over his good friend and while Sinner is marginally favoured due to his strong form in recent months, Hurkacz can push this all the way to three sets.
