Green Bay AirBnB prices for NFL Draft listed up to ,000 a night

Green Bay is set to host the 2025 NFL Draft for the first time and a quarter of a million people from all over are expected to descend on Titletown to join in on the festivities next April.

The NFL Draft, which began rotating hosts in 2015, has given cities all over the country the opportunity to show off their city to the masses of people in attendance for the festivities. The 2024 draft in Detroit hosted more than 700,000 people shattering the attendance record made by Nashville in 2019. Green Bay will have its hands full as estimates are already predicting the event will draw at least 250,000 visitors and bring in an estimated $20 million for the Green Bay economy (and $94 million for the entire state).

Short-term rentals via sites like AirBnB and VRBO are looking to cash in on the boost, especially with nearly every hotel room in the Green Bay area already booked for draft weekend. Some options will cost upwards of $60,000 for the 3-nights of the draft (and that’s not even including the $8,500 AirBnB service fee).

That particular listing, Ron Wolf’s Hall of Fame Clubhouse, touts visitors can enjoy staying in the “shadows of Lambeau Field” in the newly renovated 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom home that sleeps up to 10 guests (although with only 5 beds there could be some fighting over sleeping arrangements).

While that price is pretty extreme, a rental is still likely going to cost between $3,000-$8,000 a night if you’re hoping to get a place for at least 4 people that’s within walking distance of Lambeau Field.

If you were planning to go this route, I’d like to congratulate you on all your financial success. The rest of us better get to work finding locals in Green Bay willing to part with a small section of floor in exchange for their sarcastic personality and above-average mixology skills (seriously, hit me up).

But don’t fret, if you’re looking to stay a little further from Lambeau, Jeff Bollier of the Green Bay Press-Gazette reported on other options available to visitors outside of the massive price tags of larger, Lambeau-adjacent rentals. This includes some single rooms and local RV parks available for under $1,000 a night.

Witnessing Green Bay hosting their first draft in and around the iconic Lambeau Field promises to be a once-in-a-lifetime event…let’s hope it lives up to the price tag!
