A free golf clinic is being offered to girls aged eight to 13 at Pheasant Glen Golf Resort in Qualicum Beach.
The clinic will take place on July 20 from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. It will be conducted by members of the Zone 6 Women’s Golf Club, who are aiming to increasing their junior players.
The two hour event will see participants introduced to the ‘FUNdamentals of Golf’ that will feature swinging, pitching and putting. There will be snacks and awards after the clinic.
The clinic is free but those interested in participating must register in advance by calling the Pheasant Glen Proshop at 250-752-8786. Space is limited so register as as soon as possible
No experience is required. Equipment will be supplied by the organizers.
