Child pornography charges have been withdrawn against a Belleville man arrested as part of a major interprovincial police operation in December of last year.
Dalton Vance, 29 at the time of the arrest, was one of 46 men from Ontario, Quebec and New Brunswick charged in the child sexual exploitation investigation.
Vance was charged with luring a person under 16 and making sexually explicit material available to a child.
However, on June 20 in a Belleville courtroom, the charges against him were withdrawn.
