Bryant to face Fordham in 2024 Basketball Hall of Fame Showcase – Bryant University

SPRINGFIELD, Mass. – The Naismith Basketball Hall of Fame announced that the Bryant men’s basketball team has been added to its lineup for the 2024 Basketball Hall of Fame Showcase that will be held December 14 at Mohegan Sun Arena in Uncasville, Connecticut.

Bryant will face Fordham as part of a doubleheader on December 14. The other matchup for the Basketball Hall of Fame Showcase will be Providence at St. Bonaventure.

“We are always looking for unique situations in scheduling where we can put our program on a big stage,” head coach Phil Martelli Jr. said. “We are very thankful for the Basketball Hall of Fame continuing to allow us these opportunities.”

Details surround the game times and broadcast information will be provided at a later date.

The Black and Gold will be participating in a Basketball Hall of Fame event for the second time in three seasons. Bryant took on Liberty in Springfield during the 2022-23 season.

Bryant and Fordham have met once in program history. The Bulldogs earned a 69-61 victory over the Rams on December 10, 2019. Bryant was led by 15 points from Benson Lin and 12 from Adam Grant.
