Brookfield Infrastructure (BIP) has released an update.

Brookfield Infrastructure Finance ULC has issued $172.5 million in 7.250% Subordinated Notes due 2084, backed by a group of guarantors led by Brookfield Infrastructure Partners L.P. The notes, including an over-allotment option partially exercised by underwriters, are legally binding obligations enforceable under specified conditions. The offering was made under an existing shelf registration and is detailed in a prospectus supplement filed with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission.
