However, the last time he had a remarkable result on grass was in 2022 when he reached the final at the challenger tournament in Surbiton. Last year at Wimbledon, Kudla failed to qualify in the last round, losing against Shimabukuro in straight sets.

Jesper De Jong has won 5 straight matches. Last week, De Jong played at the challenger tournament in Sassuolo. Jesper looked great, and lifted the trophy, winning against Altmaier in the final. This will be his first grass court tournament of the season. Last year at Wimbledon, De Jong lost in the second qualifying round against Kovacevic in straight sets.

Best Bet to Make

According to the bookies, Jesper is the underdog in this matchup. Kudla is nowhere near his best level, so we believe that De Jong will have a decent chance. De Jong is playing great tennis at the moment, and if he could qualify at Wimbledon, he would probably get into the top 100 in the rankings.
