ATP Queen’s Best Bets Including Alcaraz vs Draper

ATP 500 Queen’s 1/8-Finals

Alcaraz – Draper: 20.06.2024 Time TBA
H2H: 2-0

Carlos Alcaraz has won eight straight matches. Two weeks ago, Carlos lifted the trophy at the French Open, coming back against Zverev in the final as we predicted. Alcaraz won his third Grand Slam title at the age of 21. The defending Wimbledon champion won his first round match here in London against Cerundolo in straight sets. Alcaraz looked fit, and was just dominating from the very start. According to the bookies, Carlos will be the first favorite to win Wimbledon this year yet again. Last year in London, Alcaraz won the title, winning against de Minaur in the final. After that, Alcaraz won the Wimbledon title, winning against Djokovic in the final.

Jack Draper has won six straight matches. Last week in Stuttgart, Draper won the title, winning against Berrettini in the final. When his serve is working, Jack is one of the most dangerous players on grass. Here in London, Draper won his first round match against Navone in two easy sets. Jack did not play any matches on grass last season due to an injury. In 2022, Draper lost in the second round here in London against Ruusuvuori.

Best Bet to Make

According to the bookies, Alcaraz is the favorite in this matchup. Draper won the title last week, so expect him to be exhausted physically and mentally as well. We believe that Alcaraz will win here easily.

That being said, Alcaraz winning in straight sets is a value bet.

Value bet/ the best odds: Carlos Alcaraz winning 2-0 @1.91 @bet365

Mpetshi Perricard – Harris: 20.06.2024 Time TBA
H2H: first meeting

Giovanni Mpetshi Perricard is playing his best tennis at the moment. He has won four of his last five matches. Last week in Stuttgart, Mpetshi lost in the first round against Musetti in two tiebreaks. Here in London, Giovanni fought through the qualifying tournament to get into the main draw. He won both of his qualifying matches in three sets. Yesterday, Giovanni upset Ben Shelton in straight sets. Mpetshi served well, not offering any breakpoints. Giovanni is still inexperienced on grass, but it is safe to say that if he stays healthy, this might just become his new favorite surface.

Billy Harris has won four of his last five matches. Harris spent most of his career playing at the challenger tour level. Last week, Harris reached the semifinals at the challenger tournament in Nottingham where he lost against Broom in straight sets. Here in London, Harris won his first round match against Etcheverry in three tight sets. Last year in London, Billy lost in the qualifying tournament against Tommy Paul.

Best Bet to Make

According to the bookies, Mpetshi is a slight favorite in this matchup. Harris is inexperienced at the ATP tour level. We believe that Mpetshi will win comfortably considering his current form.

That being said, Mpetshi winning in straight sets is a value bet.
