ACV Announces Latest Self-Service Tools For Advisors

Air Canada Vacations is continuing its quest to give travel advisors time-saving self-service tools.

You can now add ACV’s  CareFree and CareFlex travel protection products up to 48 hours after the booking date. Private transfers can also be added post-booking, along with things like Las Vegas excursions, entry fees to Club Mobay at Sangster International Airport, meal plans at certain resorts and more.

To help agents save time, ACV has also enhanced its self-serve digital tools for cruise bookings made online, through GDS systems or through its call centre.

Advisors now have the ability to view and print cruise bookings and e-documents, add payments —  including Future Travel Credits — on reservations with options or a final payment, seat selections, and Aeroplan number.

“These enhancements underscore our unwavering commitment to innovation and responsiveness to the needs of our valued travel partners,” said ACV VP Nino Montagnese.

“Through the continuous refinement of our self-service tools, Air Canada Vacations aims to enhance the booking experience for both travel agents and customers alike, ensuring a seamless and stress-free travel planning process.”

The additional tools can be accessed through Air Canada Vacations’ website and external distribution channels, including Sirev, Galileo Vacations, and Sabre Vacations through TripBook.

ACV customers also now have the ability to access their reservations directly online and modify certain elements of their booking via the Manage Your Booking page on aircanadavacations.com.
