Olympics golf 2024 guide: Which players are in the field for Paris?

The Olympics is only a matter of weeks away, and the best golfers in the world will be heading to Le Golf National in Paris to try and claim Olympic gold for their nations.

The field contains 60 players, and each nation has been able to select its two strongest golfers according to the Official World Golf Rankings.

Golf-rich nations like America have been allowed to select four players if they all fall within the top 15 in the OWGR rankings.

The qualifying period closed after the US Open, which means some big names, including Bryson DeChambeau, Cameron Smith, and former Olympic champion Justin Rose, have missed out.

The men’s competition will run from August 1-4, marking the third consecutive Olympic games to include golf since its reintroduction in 2016.
