Hi Everyone,

My partner is in Australia from February 2024 with her Tourist Visa Subclass 600. The tourist visa is valid until May 2026 but maximum stay per visit is 12 months. On March 2024 she applied for 820 Partner visa and got a BVA (Bridging Visa A), which says it will be active after Visitor ends in February 2025.

If she will go to India on November 2024 and comes back in December 2024 will the BVA condition and dates still hold true or BVA dates will be extended as per her return date to Australia.
