Golf tip of the week: Want to improve your putting stroke?

Place a tee under the ball and keep the putter above it.

Most low-scoring golfers excel in putting, and they all share a crucial technique: A smooth, continuous motion with the putter. This technique, akin to pushing a small child on a swing, not only enhances your stroke but also instills a sense of confidence in your game.

To improve your rhythm when putting, take the club back half as far as your follow-through to ensure acceleration through the ball. Keep your putter off the ground slightly to ensure free movement without contacting the ground. Imagine a tee lying under your ball; you must stay above it. Learn to putt well, and you will enjoy this great game called golf even more.
