Monday’s forecast is for a high temperature of 98 degrees and heat-index values as high as 104. There is a 30 percent chance of precipitation, possibly heavy rain, Monday and Monday night.

Wednesday’s forecast is for a high of 96 degrees with a 60 percent chance of rain.

Post time Monday is 12:20 p.m. EDT.
