Atlantic Sun Announces Men’s Basketball Schedule for 2024-25 – University of North Florida Athletics

JACKSONVILLE, Fla. – North Florida men’s basketball’s slate for the 2024-25 Atlantic Sun portion of the schedule is set as made public by the league office Friday afternoon.

UNF will play 18 games across the months of January and February leading into the Atlantic Sun Championships set for March 2-9.

North Florida opens the Atlantic Sun schedule at home against Austin Peay and Lipscomb Jan. 2 and 4 before going to the Bluegrass State Jan. 9 and 11 against Eastern Kentucky and Bellarmine.

The conference schedule will predominantly follow a Thursday and Saturday schedule with select Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday dates.

The Ospreys return to Jacksonville to host Central Arkansas and North Alabama Jan. 16 and 18 before closing out January’s road games at Queens Jan. 23 and at West Georgia Jan. 25. UNF welcomes Stetson to the UNF Arena Jan. 29, concluding the month. 

The first River City Rumble game is set for Feb. 1 at JU, breaking up a four-game stretch in the city. Bellarmine comes to The Nest Feb. 6 and FGCU follows two days later. 

The longest road stretch of the year begins in Florence, Ala., Feb. 13 at North Alabama and continues at Central Arkansas Feb. 15. The road stint wraps up Feb. 18 at Stetson. 

JU and UNF wrap up the River City Rumble for 2024-25 Feb. 20. UNF will break for the road for the final time in the regular season Feb. 24 at FGCU. The EKU Colonels come to the UNF Arena Feb. 26 to wrap up the regular season.
