Works: Thorpedo Anna bullet leads 40 graded winners on tab

Getting ready to start her summer season, leading 3-year-old
filly Thorpedo Anna turned in a bullet workout Saturday morning at Saratoga.

The two-time Grade 1 winner of the Kentucky Oaks and the
Acorn Stakes was clocked going a half-mile in 47.6 seconds. It was the fastest of
35 works covering that distance on the fast Oklahoma training track.

Trainer Kenny McPeek is expected to enter Thorpedo Anna in
the Coaching Club American Oaks (G1), which will be run July 20.

Forty graded-stakes winners appeared across the U.S. and
Canada on the Saturday tab.

 (Fast Anna), a two-time Grade 1 winner (2024
Acorn, 2024 Kentucky Oaks), worked four furlongs in 47.6 seconds at Saratoga on
Saturday morning. It was the fastest of 35 works at the distance. Her previous
work was eight days ago going four furlongs at Saratoga. In her last start she
won the Acorn (G1) going 1 1/8 miles on the main track at Saratoga on June 7
for trainer Kenny McPeek.

Adare Manor (Uncle Mo), a two-time Grade 1 winner (2024
Apple Blossom Handicap, 2023 Clement L. Hirsch), worked four furlongs in 46.8
seconds at Santa Anita. It was the second fastest of 87 works at the distance.
Her previous work was six days ago going four furlongs at Santa Anita. In her
last start she won the Santa Margarita (G2) going 1 1/8 miles on the main track
at Santa Anita on May 26 for trainer Bob Baffert.

Gold Phoenix (Belardo), a Grade 1 winner (2023 Frank E.
