4th annual Okanagan Charity Golf Classic still looking for sponsors – Kelowna News

Golfing for a good cause

The fourth annual Okanagan Charity Golf Classic to support Autism Okanagan will be swinging the sticks at Tower Ranch Golf Club in August.

“We are so excited to be hosting the AOK Charity Golf Classic in partnership with Vrecko Real Estate Group,” says Jake Kupchanko, coordinator. “At AOK, we value health and connection, so what better way to hold a fundraiser than a day of golf?”

The Fourth Annual Autism Okanagan Charity Golf Classic will run Aug. 9, 2024, at Tower Ranch Golf Club to raise money to support families living with autism.

“As a non-profit organization with an entirely volunteer-run Board of Directors, we rely on support from our community to keep our programs going,” says Tammy Gilmour, AOK’s president.

“We are the only charity where 100% of the proceeds from this event will go toward ensuring that families living with autism in the Okanagan have access to support and resources.”

The AOK Charity Golf Classic is a non-competitive golf tournament intended for all levels of competitors, registration fees include 18 holes of golf, snacks, dinner, and a gift bag.

Sponsorship opportunities are still available. For more information click here.
