2024 U.S. Open Saturday tee times: Round 3 pairings

On Saturday, the 2024 U.S. Open continues with the all-important third round at Pinehurst No. 2. U.S. Open tee times for the Saturday’s third round won’t be determined until the completion of Round 2 Friday night. Once they are released, they will be reproduced at the bottom of this post.

Predicting U.S. Open Round 3 tee times

While we know star players like Bryson DeChambeau, Rory McIlroy and Patrick Cantlay will be in the mix in Round 3, we don’t yet know why they’ll tee off on Saturday. What we do know is that they will tee off in pairings with the leaders beginning their rounds last. We can look to the past to get a estimation of what the Saturday tee times will be.

On Saturday at the 2022 U.S. Open, the last one to be held in the Eastern time zone, Joseph Bramlett and Stewart Hagestad set out in the first pairing at 9:49 a.m. ET. Joel Dahmen and Collin Morikawa shared the final pairing, beginning their rounds at 3:45 p.m. ET. We can expect Saturday tee times for this year’s U.S. Open to fall into a similar window.

You can watch the third round of the U.S. Open on Friday via NBC and USA, with USA kicking off the TV coverage at 10 a.m. ET and NBC taking over at 12 p.m. ET.
